Hello, I am trying to connect my HP psc 1600 all in one printer to a pc, but I do not have the disc. Is there anyway to download what I need?

I suggest going to HP's support website and downloading the software for your model. Either you have a bad disc or bad disc drive.

we have misplaced our disc is there anyway we can download from the web sight?this is for the hp psc1401 all in one.

please try plugging the printer if it detected by PC. if it is detected maybe you need to update the driver of your pc. Please install the updated driver or reinstall the drivers of your system and then reinstall the printer software after rebooting. Disable the antivirus and other annoying program.

If this not solve the problem, please try download an updated driver from the hp website. www.hp.com
