I have a panasonic TV 61in Model # PT-61LCX65 Projection HDTV I have this TV about 3 to 4 years I put in a lamp part # TY-LA1000 that cost me $200.00 a TV Unit part # LSXY0813 that cost me $500.00 now the TV has two orange lights that flash about every 10 seconds I had the cover to the lamp off about 10 times and had the cover switch off it looked good so I put it all back togeter the TV is flashing two orange lights at about every 10 seconds Help me Please

If you have not replaced the lamp in this television at any time, it is probably in need of replacement. Lamp # is TY-LA1000. I buy lamps on e-bay from a company called niosales, excellent quality and free shipping. There are also three fans in your television, if the small fan near the DMD module fails the tv will not start ofr stay on. I really believe the lamp is your trouble though.

You should check the lamp. The cracking sound is the ballast trying to fire the lamp. The part number is TY-LA1000 and can run up to $275

Tv projection lamp life are over. Wow 6 years with the original lamp,what u want it last for ever.Replaced the tv projection lamp,will solved the problems.

I did a 2nd replacement with an original Panasonic TY-LA1000 Lamp, now my TV works just llike new.

I have the same TV and just replaced the same lampTY-LA1000.
You have to reset the clock that times the lamp.Hold down the volume button(first you turn on the TV) while holding down the PiP button or the swap Button on the remote. that fixed mine.
