I would start by charging the headphones overnight. Try to use them in the morning. If this does not resolve the problem, either the charger or the headphones are bad. You can contact JBL and see if your set is still under warranty. You should still be able to use them with a wire if everything else fails. I am having the same problem, did you find a fix for this? ... not support audio output, then you need to add a Bluetooth adapter which includes a CD driver.

The same happened to me. JBL says that repair services are not available for this product according to their website. Their suggestion is to buy a new pair!!!!!. What a shame. JBL products are quite good but the post service is ****.
