Brand aficio 3030 and mpc5000 models for Ricoh.once this error comes out the only solution was to replace the main controller which is expensive is there any other solution that can be done.
I think that the problem is with the HDD. Did you try to remove the HDD? Try to un-plug it and turn machine ON. If it works you just need to format and recover the HDD. Or replace it with a new one

Laser diode beam not positioned correctly. Turn the machine off and back on and see if it goes away. You can run sp 2109-3 or 2109-4 in the service mode to adjust the beam in service mode by pressing on the yellow button. pressing the 107 keys and holding down on the clear button.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, you probably need a laser which we have one for sale here.

You can't use any other brand of color toner to refill the AF1232, you'll have all kinds of issues. They do have compatible toners (generic) for that model but highly recommend OEM.
