Open "ALL PROGRAMS" and this gives you the loaded program listing.
In the list is "USER GUIDE" which is the Toshiba user manual for your machine.

Open the ""user guide" and this will open the TOSHIBA User Manual for your machine in PDF form.
The guide covers operation of the web cam on your model computer plus all other functions.

go to the Panasonic web page and look up your phone model # then click download manual

He is a link to the main support page for this monitor.. The maunal is located on the right side, but instead of maunal it is called user guide.

Firstly, go to the manufacturer's website, if you know it, or google it if you do not know the web address. Then, if you find it go to supprt and with careful searching you should find it
If this does not work try googling your motherboard's model number with the phrase "user manual" as a suffix, e.g. soyo sy6bb user manual or a210dgms user manual, etc This should work.
If it has not found your motherboard try searching www.motherboards.org
I have noted that most results seem to be in English, other languages are less well catered for.
