My daughter was given motorola razv3 the vodafone sim card is very old and says it;s not registered, will a new vodaphone sim cure it.and she wants to have it unlocked to use o2 sim. HELP PLEASE

Old vodafone sim card about 2 years old, if I buy new one will that work. also she wants to unlock phone to use o" sim card help please, she's driving me up the wall.

    helpful, I was cheeky though. Phoned vodaphone on landline. Mybdaughter had entered so many wrong codes into the phone. I boutght new vodafone sim card and it worked, I then spoke to vodaphone - lovely guy,he spent over hour helping me and he unlocked my phone to o2. so great. Still cannot take it of prediction though, I love predictionm - partner is stubborn and wants it off predictiohn - any idea jenny

Where did you get the handset from. If this is from Vodafone then you will need to spek to them.If the handset is not you might need a handset unlocking code.

you will need to register your sim card on line or in the phone shop that your sim card is from (if it is from vodafone then take it to a vodafone shop, ect) you will have to do this otherwise you will just keep wasting your money, keep all the credit slips that you have bought and take them with you and explain to them what you have paid for.
