I have had my dishwasher for 10 years never a single problem , i connected it turned it on , it filled with water then it just shut down down won;t do a thing. any ideas?

Have to hold the Air Dry button down til your finger hurts. Release button and the light will go off. The "4 second press" in the manual is incorrect!

Sure! Someone must have activated the lock. It is next to either the 'air dry' or 'heated dry' button.
Press and hold that button till the lock light goes out. About 6 seconds. That's it. It turns on the same way.
