Telmann starts putting water through then stops and beeps, does it on every cylce?

With no water in the hopper can you turn the bowl and agitator turn by hand. If not easy to turn by hand the seal and bearings need replacing.

The damper suspension rods and bands are worn and need replacing.

does the motor that turns the drum belt working!!

Is this a top or front loader? If it is a top loader do you hear the motor run? If you do the first thing to check is the rubber driver between the motor and the transmission. One way to chek if the motor runs is to fill it with water and put it into spin. If it pumps the water out that means the motor runs. If the rubber driver is broke (happens often) it will neither wash nor spin.

if the washer is a Whirlpool brand then it is likely the coupling between the motor and the transmission.

sounds like motor if nothing stuck between tubs or in pump ,check these first if ok you have bad timer
