Then you need to look into your System Event Log (SEL) entries to review the issue that is causing it. If the BMC is showing this heartbeat light, that means that there are critical errors piling up in the BMC's SEL log.

You can either do this through the BIOS (assuming IBM implemented that functionality here) OR you can log into your BMC over your OoB network. (Assuming SSH/telnet is not disabled and has a user configured.)

We can not help with this issue any further without SEL logs.

Assuming that this is resolved as it appears to be an old, time-sensitive issue.

Although I would say that what you're asking would have been a design choice on IBM's part. The BMC would dictate fan curve and if one of the fans is not spinning at the minimal RPM - as specified in that fan curve - then it would obviously shut the system down to protect it from heat damage.

You may be able to adjust this using various commands in the BMC but I am not familiar with IBM's hardware. (Which is likely different in the same way that Dell's iDRAC differs from HP's iLO, etc.)

The fan comes on around 212, when you put a full exhaust, the bike needs more fuel it needs a remap. They say that the stock computer can be flashed but you need a power commander and a BMC race air filter

Yes that is software problem, you need to reflashing phone firmware. Some tools and Software you need ; Nokia Flasher cable, Nokia tool Software, Nokia flasher software, a proper Nokia Firware ( NHM-5)

In HP prolliant server sets, setup also logs system events. This error is due to that log. Enter setup, trace log and clear all events.
