Have you tried using an external antenna? There is a known issue with the Nuvi antennas where a part has failed causing the antenna to only accept signals from the external antenna jack. I have verified this issue on several Nuvi's. Try inserting a piece of wire, a few feet long (one strand) with no shield into the jack and sit back and see if it finds the satellites. I am working on a fix for this problem.

Try using a compatible SD card to have Garmin Express load all 49 states to the SD card. It is possible that you do not have enough free memory in your NUVI 350 for all 49 states.
I solved the problem by charging internal battery using the 120V. charger that came with the unit. I was not aware, that the cord in car was not charging my Nuvi and that it was running OK. until the battery was low and quit. I have to check this cord. Peter W.

With the Nuvi 350 you can only add one stop to your route see Page 5 of the Owner's Manual downloadable from Garmin.com and also contained in a file on your Nuvi. This Limitation of Adding only one Stop is also contained on Page 4 of your Quick Reference Guide a copy of which should have been bundled with your Nuvi
