Random icon and alarm

The alarm on my katana dlx hasnt worked for the last few days. also a new icon has appeared at the top of screen... an orange 'bell'. any ideas??

I'm also getting the orange bell, but still am not hearing the alarm... My phone is notifying me of the missed alarm by lighting up, but no sound at all. After the time for the alarm has passed, I open my phone and the orange bell is showing, then I go to "dismiss" the missed alarm and dismiss it... then I try resetting my alarm... again, I'm missing the alarm even with it in my hand and staring at it... still not hearing it at all... Volume on phone is up all the way... vibrate is turned off... one minute later, the "missed alert" orange bell shows up... hmmmmm....

The orange bell simply means that you've 'missed' your alarm... as in you haven't turned it off before it finished its alarm sequence. If you go to Menu - 'Missed Alerts' it should be shown in there. Click on it and say 'dismiss', the orange bell should disappear and the alarm should return to normal.

GALAXY ACE-HOW TO TURN ALARM OFF - Hi, you've probably figured it out by now but just for any other new users who are still struggling, here is the answer: Galaxy Ace : When your alarm is going off and you lose the screen option to either snooze or dismiss, simply look in the top left of the phone and you will see the little alarm icon with an exclamation mark on it, on the top bar where the signal strength indicator and the battery icon is. Xinjia xj-686 watch can't turn alarm off

I have the AW21312W, which has 4 buttons:

Light (Top left)
Mode (Bottom Left)
Start/Stop (Top Right)
Lap/Reset (Bottom right)

To turn the set alarm off, push buttons 3 and 4 at the same time, the alarm icon should appear or disappear

To turn off the hourly chime, press button 4. While holding it down, press button 2 and the days of the week disappear. The chime is now off. If you want the chime, press button 4 and hold while you press button 2. When all the days show, the chime is on.

2 alarm times appear at the bottom of my screen. I only want one

I had the same issue. For the last few days I had the double alarm icon with the one you describe showing 8:00 am. I had no alarms etc set so I had no idea what it was until today at 8:00! A notice came up about a friend's birthday. Apparently when I was in my calendar a few days ago I attempted to put the birthday reminder on my calendar. In the menu I thought I selected "New" however just above the New option is the New Alarm option which is what I must have selected. When the alarm came up the icon went away from my home screen and the clock page. I went in and deleted this recurring alarm and scheduled it as I normally do on my calendar.

You probably have an alarm that either already came on by the time you have read this and you likely set it inadvertently like I did. I hope this helps.
