I brought my phone from hawaii and i tried to service it but it cannot. the only thing that needs to change is the hawaii frequency or service to american samoa frequency service. So, how can i change the frequency of my treo smartphone?

Normally this would not be possible, but to do what you are proposing you would be hard pressed to find anyone that could do this. The us radios have built in diodes to trap out frequencies to keep them in the 27mhz bandwidth, so you need to find someone who knows radios inside and out with the proper circuit diagrams to work with.

I'm not sure about Toyota's specific recommendation but when I ran my service station, we changed trans fluid at the 50,000 to 60,000 mile range. This covered most manufacturer's requirements at the time. Hope this helps.

Your wireless router can be configured to use different "channels." Each channel is a range of frequencies (around 2.4GHz) which is also what your phone uses. By default most wireless routers are usually set to channel #8. Change it to channel 1 or channel 2. If that doesn't work you need a different wireless router or phone, so the frequencies won't match.
