Everett, it's not the ceramic plaques that are causing the problem, it's the burner that heats the plaques that's failed. Replacing the entire burner assembly is your only option.
It's interesting that you are still using that model Fiesta Gas Grill. It was recalled about 3 years ago.

You may be able to find a replacement burner from Fiesta or try Appliance Factory Parts

Go to www.minxenterprisesinc.com. They have a repair parts catalog that has Fiesta parts. Go to the catalog and find Fiesta and look for your model number.

Are you sure that one wasn't supposed to be included? Blue Embers are premium products of Fiesta and may include the rotisserie. (At least the Blue Embers that HD sold had the rotiss in the box. I love it for BBQ chicken with the rear burner.)
