I think some of booting files missing..... due to virus affected . so insert the Xp os cd and repair it... after that scan ur computer with good antivirus .......
hi, when you start your system you will always get a message on first screen del /f2 to go to setup , so press del/F2 and enter setup and here look for boot sequence and change the first boot device to optical media ie. cd/dvd then save and exit
now follow help article at the link here to be able to boot your windows
Hi there. Turn on the computer and press the [F8] key during the POST procedure. this will take you to a sub menu where you can choose to boot into safe mode. If you need any more assistance please post back.
