RED LED FLASHING WANT STOP/TV WANT COME ON - Toshiba 32A43 32" TV

Sounds like you power supply board needs to be replaced.

Try leaving it unplugged for a little while.. at least 15 minutes and then replug and try.

check the conections between psu and led bars,if the problem still,then the problem is in the led bar board.

Try changing the input device to something you are sure, works such as a DVD player.

Switch off TV manually, switch off power, remove plug and retry after 48 hours.

If problem persists, please refer it to a qualified service technician.

Click on the USB small button "after attach it to the computer" one click. While the red tiny led flashing - turn your mouse updown and hit the small button.

When the red flashing led stop - then you connected.

it is problem paper jum.please chack it then solve your problem

With most flat panel TVs, the TV turn itself OFF when it has a fail electronic part and the red light starts flashing. They call this "Protection Mode". The flashing red light should be a error trouble code.
But, it's weird that everything is working and the red light is flashing. Since you just recently bought the TV, I would get it check out while it's still under warranty. Better safe, than sorry.

The LED used in most tv are dual color led,some have two lead, some have three. try to find the same size and replace it.

red light flashing can hear clicking noise but wont turn on

I have had this same problem twice in the past 3 months. So far both times I've been able to get it back after a week or two. I'm not sure what works, but unplugging and detaching the antenna and cable and waiting a few days seems to be the key. In both instances, I unplugged it for a few days then plugged it in for a few days and repeated the processes until I eventually got the steady red led. Both times prior to the red led the led would flash red then green and make a clickiing noise for several hours before I was able to get it working again.
