Regardless of the brand dishwasher, they all have the same fundamental plumbing. so.. you need to check a few basic things first..

1. Have you cleaned the drain filter or screen?
2. Is the drain hose kinked or restricting water flow?
3. Is your dishwasher pump blocked internally or the hose entering or exiting it ?
4. Is the house drain ( meaning : where that hose drains water into) restricting water flow? ( back pressure or clogged?

Any one of these conditions will manifest itself as an undrained dishwasher.. Hope this gives you some things to check and you get your problem resolved...
Good Luck

Bravo series 300 washing machines

In many cases the washer will stop draining due to a clogged drainage hose or due to an object caught in the draining pump. There are some cases when the draining pump is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Washer Drain Pump: small objects or clothes can get stuck in the drain pump. The drain pump must be removed and checked for blockages. If it is clear, but still making noises during the drainage cycle it will need to be replaced.

I found this at https://www.electrafixbc.ca/appliances/washer.html

Check it out for more info on your washer issue.

Electrolux front load washer drain

Good Afternoon Friend,

I see that your Electrolux washer, model# EWFLS70JSS, is having trouble draining. First, I would start by checking the drain hose, to make sure there are no kinks in it and it is not clogged. Secondly, I would make sure that the drain hose is between 6-8 inches down inside the drainpipe. If it is too far inside the drainpipe, it can cause slow or no drainage. Thirdly, I would make sure that the drainpipe is not clogged. Finally, I suggest resetting your washer. You will do this by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your homes circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes. When the power is restored, run a wash. If your washer is still experiencing a no drainage issue, I suggest contacting your local authorized technician. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-

Bosch Nexxt Premium Washing Machine Drainage Blocked. Cleaned out impeller still not working.

You need to check the drain pump externally to see if the pumping is good Also remove the drain hose clamps and remove the drain hose flushing to clear off all dirt. Now test using power to see if this works and can be simulated. When refitting, the hose must be tightened properly. If the pump/valve does not work even with power then it must be replaced. If there is intermittent power to the drain valve/pump then the program controller unit is a suspect.

Finally the washer must be placed with a tilt- use a spirit level- so that all water will drain to the outlet port and thereby there is no residual water remaining.

The cycle washes and agitates but then a Err 20 shows up before the drain cycle. When i restart on the drain\spin cycle the machine starts again but no spinning happens

Drainage problem. If it is a new installation the possible causes can be:
- The drainage hose is too deep in the drain (can only be max. 10 cm. in the drain, and the drain height may be a minimum of 30cm and a maximum of 80cm from the floor);
-
The drainage pump may be blocked (clean it);
- The drain is clogged.

Washer does not drain water

Hello,

The major reason for this to happen is the clogging of the drain pipe of the washing machine. If, even after you clean the drainage hose, the problem persists, there may be other problems.

Next possibility could be that the drainage pump which drives the water out of the drainage hose may be clogged! So, remove the drainage pump and clean it. That should solve the problem. it might also be that the belt of the drainage pump motor may have loosened. If this is the case, you have to simply tighten it.

Take care.

Washing machine inlet/drain problem

You may have a simple problem known as "siphoning". Have you checked your installation/ In particular, the drain hose? the following link explains how to check and correct a siphoning problem with a washer:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r587481-prevent_washer_siphoning

Usually when a washer drains as it tries to fill, its a drainage problem of some type. You may have a simple problem that is easily remedied. You may not require anything, but pulling the drain hose up out of the standpipe and repositioning it to ensure there is a proper air gap for drainage. I hope this helps you.

Drain problem in GE WBSE2090A washer

hello, if you washer is not or isn't fully draining that sounds like something might be in the pump.Icheck for any hose blockage as well.If there is a bad smell that might be dirt or a peice of clothing or anything. so my suggestion is to check your drainage hose, the pump or maybe try even to syphan out the pump which means put the drainage hose in a bucket lower than the washer or your drainage is higher than the washer. good luck...
