SOURCE: Rival Stoneware liners

The factory could probably ship you a new Stoneware pot, but the cost of the pot plus the shipping cost for that heavy item would probably be as much as a new unit. My suggestion is to replace the whole cooker.

SOURCE: I have a rival casserole

Yes, you can use the stoneware in your gas oven. I am using mine right now in my Convection Oven baking at 400 degrees. I use mine quite often in the oven for baked beaks, then transfer to my Crockpot.

Where can I find the manual for My Rival Crockpot Model 3150. Its never been used, wedding present many years ago. Box says the Stonewear is removalable, but how?

To find the manual for your Rival Crockpot Model 3150, there are a few options you can try:
1. Rival's Official Website: Visit the official website of Rival (www.rivalproducts.com) and search for your specific model. They often provide user manuals and guides for their products. Look for the "Support" or "Customer Service" section on the website.
2. Online Manuals Databases: There are several websites that collect user manuals and offer them for free download. You can try visiting websites like ManualsLib (www.manualslib.com) or ManualsOnline (www.manualsonline.com) and search for your model number. Enter "Rival Crockpot Model 3150" in the search bar, and you may find the manual available for download.
3. Contact Rival Customer Support: If you can't find the manual online, you can reach out to Rival's customer support directly. They can provide you with the manual or guide you on how to remove the stoneware. Look for their contact information on their website and give them a call or send them an email explaining your situation.
Regarding the removable stoneware, the specific method may vary depending on the model. However, here's a general guideline on how to remove the stoneware from a typical Crockpot:
1. Ensure that the Crockpot is unplugged and completely cool before attempting to remove the stoneware.
2. Open the lid and locate the handles on either side of the stoneware.
3. Hold the handles firmly and lift the stoneware straight up and out of the heating base.
4. Be careful while lifting, as the stoneware can be heavy, especially if it contains food or liquid.
5. Once removed, you can clean the stoneware separately or use it as desired.
It's always a good idea to consult the manual specific to your model for detailed instructions on removing and handling the stoneware.

Had a large crockpot, outside got reeeeely hot so I junked it but kept the liner (has a plastic lid). Wondering if I can use the liner in an oven, and/or range top (gas or electric). Anyone know? Bottom...

Problem solved 1/25/10: went to www.crock-pot.com/customerservice and started reading. Stoneware liners are usable in ovens and microwaves (up to 400 deg), and range tops. It didn't say to, but I plan to put a wire grid (as used for some double-boilers) to avoid direct heat.

Can I put the stoneware insert for the crockpot in the oven or microwave?

I know you can put it in the microwave, but it is very heavy and could damage the revolving turntable mechanism if your microwave has one. I see no reason why you cannot put it in the oven as well.

Stoneware in a conventional oven

I downloaded the owner's guide and on page 3, item #9 states,"Removable stoneware and glass lids are ovenproof and microwave safe. ...". So I guess that answers that question. Although it doesn't state any temperatures, I think it is safe to assume that they can be used at all temperatures produced by most conventional ovens under normal use.

I have a stoneware round, forest green liner for a Rival crockpot. I think it's for a 6 quart because I only buy the larger crockpots for my cooking needs. If you would like this, please email me at [email protected] so we can exchange addresses.
