Once forgotten twice gone! Time is of the essence ! The best I can suggest is to make sure you immediately notify all those that you can recall were on your mailing list after you set up a new email address. If you cant remember all of your mailing list members don't panic......if they really want to make contact they may have other means to contact you. Also, if you can't remember some......they were probably not that important to you anyway.
