On defrost refrigerators water is drained down the sides to an outlet on the bottom of the interior of the unit and then to a tray under the unit, close to the floor, where it is heated and evaporates.
If he hole inside is plugged then the water will pool inside.
Take out both crispers and try to find the location where the water will flow out. It may be plugged with gunk The inside bottom of the unit may have indented runs where the water will be directed to the outlet.

Ken more refrigerator has no ice maker but water is pooling under the crisper drawers. Model c21tfa95

Check the drain channel at the rear of the fridge just above the crisper drawers and blow through the drain hole with a drinking straw to clear it.

Water comes off somewhere in the bottom of my fridge. what could have caused it?

When your refrig goes into defrost , the water runs down the back of the refrig ( inside ) and out to the drip pan thru a drain hole under the crispers . If water is under the crispers , remove the crispers and you should see a " cap " covering the drain hole . Sometimes crud will cover the slots where the water is supposed to drain , causing water to pool under the crispers . Just remove this cap , clean , and reinstall .

Water pooling inside of refrigorator

sounds like the drain line for the defrost cycle is plugged. the water is supposedto end up in a pan under the refrig. the drain probably needs to be defrosted and cleaned.located behind the back panel in the freezer compartment

Water is forming on the floor. Appears the water is pooling under the crisper drawer, then seeps through the seal. GE TBX 18CI. Any ideas?

You should not have any water at all forming inside the frig compartment unless you have a water dispenser on the frig. The water resevoir is located in the frig compartment at the bottom behind crisper. There may be a small leak or loose water connection on it. Hope this helps.

Underneath the crispers is full of water sometimes even freezes Underneath the crispers water collects, but it does not freeze.

Here is a link to help you resolve the problem I also have an even better link but on-line is moving slow at moment. Anyway you will need to take the part out from back and clean the blockage., Let me know if this helps, Sea breeze
