I have the Forfex babyliss 720 and I can't get new blades installed in it. I have tried 8 times and someone else has tried 5times. Do you have any instructions on this model.
How old are the clippers? Babyliss have a one year warranty on all their electrical goods. It sounds as though you may need a new battery. Have you checked the charger itself to make sure it is working properly?

It is most likely the battery, don't even try to open the case if you don't know what you are doing, Forfex will not replace the batteries in these small trimmers as they state it is too labor intensive, I am working on obtaining batteries for these units.
They have to be soldered in.
