You must work together with your service provider to make your phone enabling use MMS and GPRS. So please contact your service provider to make setting on your phone. It will required, username, password, proxy etc.
To send MMS, just find the file you want to send then go to option then send.

May I know what country and network your using? GPRS settings usually based on what network your using. Sometimes network company provide a GPRS settings depending on what phone you are using.
