I am using tally 6.3 multi user. I had creat many companies for my students. Among one of them I have forget my user ID & password. Now the fact is that the students are asking to show them how can we recovery the forgotten ID & password.
So in this regard I am requesting you to kindly show me the right path.

Does your user name and password have administrative rights on the computer? If not then you may need try with a user that does. I have run into some software that will throw a similar error if the folder already exists.
Please follow the following steps for create tally.net id.
Go to Gateway of Tally
1. Press Ctrl+K: Control Center or press Ctrl+K.
2. The remote login screen is displayed
3. Enter the required account id in the your email id field and password in your tally.net password field. The password is sent by email separately to the email address provided while activating tally.erp 9.
4. Press enter.
The control center screen
- Select my tall.net accounts.
- The my tally.net accounts screen is displayed.
- Select the required account id
- Press Enter
- The control center screen is displayed
- Select user management and press enter.
- The user management is displayed, along with the details related of the account id.
To create tally.net users, execute the following setps:
- Select standard users from the list of security level.
- Enter the required email id for the remote tally.net user in tally.net id field and press enter.
- Based on you requirement, select the status from the list of status.
- Select end of list.
- Accept to save the new tally.net user that has been created.
Please follow the below step for create tally.net id.
Step 1: Go to Gateway of Tally
Step 2: Press Ctrl+K
Step3: The Remote Login screen is displayed.
Step4: Enter the required Account ID in the Your E-Mail ID field and Password in your Tally.Net Password field. The password is sent by e-mail separately to the email address provided while activating Tally.ERP9.
Step 5: Press Enter.
(The Control Center Screen appears as displayed.)
In the Control Center Screen:
- Select My Tally.Net Accounts.
- The My Tally.Net Accounts screen is displayed.
- Press Enter.
- You can see Control Center Screen
- Select User Management (Press Enter)
- Feed details related of the Account ID
Tally.Net Users, execute the following steps:

- Enter the required Email ID for the remote Tally.Net User in Tally.Net ID field and press enter.

Are u Forgot the tally password dont worry i will recover your password in 5min and i will train you how to recover the tally password for more details send the mail to:[email protected],There are 2 Types of Tally Password are there. one is Ordinary Password & 2nd one is Vault Password Ordinary Password braking is take 5Min but Vault Password is take the time 30Min
