Industrial over locker

Hi there i have a 3 thread singer industrial overlocker and im trying to find some where where i can download instruction to thread it but i aint having any luck.

would you know where i could possibly get some help from please or download the instruction manual for it

I was having the same problem. I was trying to thread only that 4th one because it keep breaking. It did not stp til I rethreaded all the threads and did it worked fine

All sergers thread the same way and sergers have to be threaded in a certain order. I made a jingle out of it...
upper looper
lower looper
right needle
left

It would be best to have a tweezers handy to help with the thread and threading.

always be sure the lower looper thread goes over the top of the upper looper then out the back. I would be surprised if your thread guides are not color coded.
If you look at the top thread guides or the spools. First from left to right thread the 3rd spool, then the fourth spool. Then you thread the right needle (the second spool) then the left needle (1st spool.
The lower looper can be tricky because you have to thread it from the back of the looper to the front.
Pull the threads out the back from under the foot. Then go ahead and run it slow watching to see if it starts making a chain. It should. If not do it over again.

My overlocker is 25 years old, a friend borrowed it with the manual and she lost the manual.Now every time she borrows it I have to try to adjust the tension on the 4 threads as they are all different

As im sewing the top thread is feeding too much out and it is bunching and jaming on the bottom of my quilts.

try changing the needle
check to see if the thread has come off the thread take up lever--that can jam up a machine
check to see that the machine is threaded thru all the thread guides on the machine
check the top tension to make sure it set correctly--usually 3 or 4

if you need a instruction manual singer has some free downloads
Go to the singer website
At the bottom of the homepage look for instruction manual--click on it
It will take you to another page
In the box put in the model number of the machine (example 3116)
Click search
They have one & it's a free download
