Call a good TV Tech and tell him your TV's Tuner is not working. He can then give you an accurate estimate to repair by phone. There is likely an open resistor / fuse that is not letting power get to the Tuners. That is a 31 volt DC power line to the Tuners.

Nope, But your convergenjce chip is about to die. i would turn it off and leave it off and call a tech to rectify it before it takes out the whole board or all 3 as some capacitors are also overheating. Parts $100+Labour of about 1.5 hrs at this stage! later it will be $600
Please rate my help++++Thanks for using FIXYA

You are on the right track. If you cannot see a picture on either antanna A or B then the tuner is suspect.
You may try hooking the cable straight into the TV if you are using a cable box, if not then you should be getting a picture when your other video devices are turned off.
The fact that you get a picture on video tells me that the AV circuits are fine.
Thanks
