whatever the monitor is connected to is producing a signal that cannot be detected by the monitor. Check the settings on the device. If not post the device info.

How do I reset my DVR? It is a Sentient (KGuard EL821) 8 ch DVR and it keeps rebooting once a minute. The mouse and remote do not function and I cannot get to the menu.
By Default Kguard EL821 Password is 123456
