I purchased a new harness (68015) for my U-Line two drawer (2075dw) refrigerator. My questions is related to installation on the harness, I have removed the old harness. The harness seems to feed down and into the bottom of the refrigerator. I've removed all screws and taken as much of the drawer apart as possible, My problem is how do you get the ends of the harness through the small space allowed? Does the ends come off of the harness? I know there's a good answer to my question.

SOURCE: repalce harness from temperature control

You need to drill out the rivets on the bottom of the drawer then slide the stainless sleeve up and out. Then you need to remove the 2 rivets on the middle part inside the gasket. Once you drill them out the insulation goes downward to remove. Then you will see the excess for the harness. Replace the rivets with flat head screws.

The light on the drawer light panel buttons are not lighting up

Hi,

Check the harness to the upper drawer for for broken wires, If broken you will need to replace the harness. But inspect carefully, as it could be in the middle of the harness were it bends. Good Luck

Whats the working pressure of R134a in refrigerator

That question does not have a simple answer. The pressure is directly related to the temperature. You can go on line and get a table showing the pressure vs temperature. I would think 0 is a good starting point for the return temperature. High is also related to temperature. I would expect the high to be about 135 but that depend on ambient etc. You may have to have a licence to tap the refrigeration system and purchase gas depending on your locaton.

Why is water forming under the veggie drawers

One of two things caused this problem, either the drain in the freezer is clogged and spilling over to the air duct and through to the refrigerator, down the back wall and then puddling up under the drawers or the Styrofoam between the freezer and refrigerator is saturated with water. If you remove the inner back wall of the freezer and there is ice built up, defrost it with hot water and a turkey baster, push some heavy weed trimmer line down the drain tube and they should clear the clog. If there is no ice build up, then you probably have the latter of the two problems, the only solution is to empty the unit, turn it off, and let it dry out for a few days with the doors opened. If the problem continues, then there is a significant breakdown of the Styrofoam between the two cavities and there isn't a solution, it is time to purchase a new unit.

Open Thermistor on U-Line

It might be a bad thermistor. I would need the exact model number. It could be a open harness as well.

Water on floor probably from cloged line leading to evaperation p

Look under the freezer bottom drawer for ice.
If ice is there your defrost drain line is frozen closed.
It is located on the back wall of the freezer down low.
Turn off the fridge. Use a hair dryer to melt the ice at the drain hole.
The ice under the drawer can be broken with a hammer and removed.
