Just bought the Samsung Galaxy s6 edge yesterday. After I charged the cellphone for the first time and turned it back on there was this straight.

Could be a bad display. If that's the case buy a new TV because the displays are usually more than a new TV itself. God I miss CRT's...

It is normal and indicates to avoid driving in this zone in any gear.

tried to check first loose connection connector or cold soldered component parts like ic in the X board, which send signal at the screen panel display.if ok, look for the t-con board re seat the lvds cable connector.then if can not get with re seating the t-con board must have bad component parts.

No, you will need to call an engineer to check the display, this sounds like a fault either with the main board or very possibly (and most likely) a fault with the screen which would mean replacing the screen

If you have External Monitor check by connecting it
if you get display on external monitor without line it means Display screen is Bad, if Line appears on external display as well then there is either Display driver issue or motherboard problem.

You can try a hard reset on your phone by removing the battery for 30 min and then power it on if lines still exists then it is display hardware problem you may need to change display in the phone ...........
