you can try going to "dremel.com" and downloading the manual, also there they have a toll free number for tech support which might be able to send manual as a PDF file. Let me know if you have trouble finding it and I will come up with another source
The attachment is 'keyed to the motor assembly so it will only go on in one direction. If it was mistakingly forced on in a different manner it can get jammed. Try twisting it from left to right while pulling straight out.
I would go direct to Dremel.com or call them at 1-800-437-3635 and get the schematic and parts you need, I just checked and they have a parts diagram online that you can view. go to the section about manuals/literature and type in your model number. Good luck
