Hello Sir, hi, the wires on your casing are usually labeled, like in the picture below:
the power led green wire goes to the power led + and the white goes to the - . Now the HDD + goes to the HDD + the red wire, power switch can be interchange, same as the reset switch.
wires should be on the tower,were they go should be on the board. there probably know where near the acctual pins,look all over the board with a tourch. forget that here download the manual

Each led, IDE-LED, Reset, PWR-LED and PWRBTN should share a negative colored wire. Common is the solid color white but this can vary from case to case.
