Error 59.2:00 in hp designjet T1200 i replaced formatter and hdd bt same issue?: pls i need the solution

80 ......... there is more to error code than just 80 please give full error code details for a useable solution .
eg 86:01 ( carriage motor transport error)
or 0c00340a is also a fault code

08:11 error. The formatter is okay but the hard disk is bad. How can I load the system software in a blank hard disk or try to clone

08:11 error = no communication between formatter and front panel

Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and disconnect the Power cord. Reconnect the power cord and power On the Printer.
If the error persists, you are going to need a tech to do the following:-

Check that the Front Panel interface cable is not damaged and is correctly connected between the Main PCA and the Front Panel.Check that the connections between the Formatter and the Main PCA are not damaged and are correctly connected.
If the System Error continues, replace the Formatter
If the System Error continues, replace the Main PCA
If the System Error continues, replace the Front Panel

System Error: 05:10 Error (Only applicable to HP DesignJet 500 Series)

Problem Description:
HP-GL/2 Accessory Card failure.

Corrective Action:
Power OFF the Printer and replace the HP-GL/2 Accessory Card

Remove the Formatter

System Error: 08:YZ
Problem Description: Problem with the Front Panel.
Corrective Action: Try the following:

• Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and disconnect the Power cord. Reconnect the power cord and power On the Printer.
  

• Check that the Front Panel interface cable is not damaged and is correctly connected between the Main PCA and the Front Panel.
  

• Check that the memory module in the Formatter is installed correctly.

• Check that the connections between the Formatter, the Formatter and the Formatter are not damaged and are correctly connected.
  

• Check that the Printer has the latest Firmware version. If not, update the Firmware to the latest version.
  

• If the System Error continues, replace the Main PCA

• If the System Error continues, replace the Formatter
  

• If the System Error continues, replace the Front Panel
  

This can happen due to the firmware on the plotter, even if it happens only with some postscript files.

Who did you order the ink cartridge from and is it a genuine HP cartridge

There is no communication between the Front Panel and the Main PCA.
You are going to need a qualified DesignJet tech to check out the cables
to the Front Panel and the Main PCA and to the formatter.
You could possibly need a formatter, Main PCA, Starwheel assemby, or a front panel.

A 59.2:00 error says that a reused part has been installed.
If you paid for a NEW formatter get your money back and shop somewhere else.
If you paid for a repaired/reconditioned part, it won't work.
You need a NEW formatter.
