Dont turn it on, motherboard need to be cleaned in the isopropanol, if you dont have it just let it dry (put it into the cup with rice for few days) DONT TURN IT ON (at least for 5 days if you not sure if its dry) Use hair dryer from long distance to dry it. Even if you think that phone is dry it will be still wet. Your battery can be dead as well as screen. But if you are lucky it will work.
Ok so now you have 2 options.
1.Replace keyboard
2.Clean old one
second option is cheaper but hard to do.
You need to open phone and take out keyboard
There should be 3 or more layers in the keyboard.
You need to peel off each layer and clean all wet and dirty areas.
Dont peel off all layer, just start from first layer right half, clean area and than stick it back and clean left side. Do the same to rest layers. It will prevent from moving layers between themselves. Soo dont separate layers just try to do it while half part is still stick.
Remember be carefull and dont rush while you open phone.

and now its dead.first,i took the battery off and dried it with with a hand drier and kept it in a bag of rice will this make my phone work?
its working now but some of my buttons wont work
