Main Cause: The scanning lamp (xenon tube) is faulty. The inverter PCB is faulty. The CCD/AP PCB is faulty. The reader controller PCB is faulty.Mode of Detection:0000 A specific signal level cannot be attained by CCD gain correction at power-on.0002 The edge gain correction value changed more than a specific level compared with the correction value used for the preceding sheet.

clean the CIS, check the home position sensor(a whit sticker strip under the platen glass) realign it. check the scanner cable.

imageCLASS MF4320d with error code E225 is the CONTACT IMAGE SENSOR UNIT need to replace. Part Number is FK2-2869-000

the error E225 means that the SCANER UNIT is faulty.
You can call for tech for replacement or, if you have the expetise, you can do it your self with a brand new SCANER UNIT from CANON.

change the scanner because this massage show when our scanner stop moving or break or jam candition in many case scanner cable create problem those are connected the printer logic card
