Despite the fact that they claim that the amplifier is 500 watt RMS if you look at the fuse it has on it, which should be one 30Amp fuse it means that the max that you might get out of this amplifier is 300 watt RMS. So an 8 Gauge cable will be more than enough for it. However, saying that, using a 4 gauge cable will not harm it in any way. what you should check before buying a 4 gauge cable is if it will actually fit in the allocated 12V terminal. 2015 jeep Grand Cherokee climate control cup holder lights. what is fuse #?

Hi, I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee Laredo E. There is a white line at the top of the cupholders that I would expect to light up with the ambient lighting, but does not light up in my truck. Does it light up in others? Is there a way to get lighting in there?

Thanks,

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee fuse layout Power Distribution Center The Power Distribution Center (PDC) is located in the engine compartment near the battery.

My amp stopped workin, when i turn the stereo on, the green light is on, then when the music starts to play it turns red and stops working,

The red light on amplifier relates to power supply while the green light is indication of sound functionality. An amplifier that allows sound to generate should display both red and green lights. Howeever, some amplifiers would display only green as long as the sound is functioning.

Solving the problem

First, a red light still on means the power connections to the amplifier is fucntional least requirng repairs.

Second, the green ligh should turn on once the stereo were tuned up to produce sound. If the stereo is still on only least produce sound on the amplifier, check on the connection wires between stereo to amplifier that may have disconnected due to woofing or dubbing sound generals with unfirm wiring.

Concept CC-2502 Car Audio Amplifier

The amps are probably going into protection mode. The wires are most likely not hooked up correctly. Make sure you have a good ground, good power source, and the remote wire is run correctly. Also make sure the speaker output wires aren't touching each other, and you have the correct ohm load for the amp. What kind of speakers/subs are hooked up and how are they wired?
