Intermec PX4i label printer. Paper/Ribbon loaded correctly, but ribbon is 'rippled' meaning barcode label being printed has white lines across it. Any ideas?

Ribbon Wrinkle as it called can be caused due to the main feed rollers (that touch the ribbon or the label) being slightly worn. Even if you have a sligh gradient on the roller(s) it will pull ever so slightly to one side. If you need the parts then please do not hesitate to contavct me. Jack Woodworth - Codeo UK, 01179064587

Zm400 is printing white lines through all the labels

Try removing the ribbon cassette and pre-tension it. There is help in the link.

We have right label in but , when info comes it changes label size in settings and prints on 2 labels and some left outside. Is it possible to fix label size and save, so all you print gets fitted on

Label size is normally set on a per label basis. My suggestion is to make sure that page size is correct at the llabel level.

ERROR: ribbon fitted (printer: intermec PX4i ) where and what needs to be changed in the settings?

TTR- Thermal transfer- set for using a ribbon. DT- Direct thermal - set when using thermal labels but no ribbon.

I have a px4i label printer. When I print a label, the image have a 1/16" black line running horizontally through the barcode. can anyone help?

Check your platen roller for debris, clean with alcohol swab.

I am getting a paper out error and there is paper in the printer. The paper is fed in correctly. I can print one label and then the printer shows a paper out error.

The intermec is show a "ribbon fitted" error on the machines screen

its because the printer is setup Direct Thermal, and the sensor see ribbin present. need change setings.

We have our printer set up to print barcode labels

Have you checked for minute folds in your ribbon? Once you get a fold in the ribbon, no matter how small, you may have to manually feed several feet of ribbon through to get rid of the ripple. We have had similar problems in the past with inexperienced operators installing new ribbons.
