These directions are for an AT and T phone, but other than that, are the same for any carrier. A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from your phone carrier to unlock your SIM card. You can obtain your phone's PUK code from your carrier in one of these ways: Log in to Your account.online Use a Technical Support Chat Contact your carriers Customer Care Get Your Phone's PUK Code Online Go to the Phone/Device page. From the My Phone/Device screen, select the Unblock SIM Card link under the My Make & Model heading. The Unblock SIM screen will display your PUK code and will give you instructions for unblocking your SIM Card. Once you receive your PUK code, you will need to enter it into your phone to set a new PIN code. Note: If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display the following error: "PUK blocked call operator

Hi sir,

for Aircel PUK code u have to contact with your service provider ..talk with customer care and ask for the PUK code ..just in case your number is blocked so u can use any other number of same service provider.


How to find PUK code for Aircel sim card
It is very easy to get the PUK, all you have to do is just call Aircel Customer care through your another Aircel number or from your friend mobile who are using Aircel.

Before calling customer care make sure you have
1.The 8 -15 unique number printed on your sim card, Incase if you dont have it on your simcard you may find it in the cover pack which comes with new sim card.

A PUK code is something your service provider will have.
You can get this code by phoning your carrier and giving them your IMEI/Serial number and they will retrieve your PUK code!

Hi, here is what you need to know about PUK code;

When a PIN code is entered wrongly three times, the phone line will be blocked. Irrespective of the owner, it is assumed that you are not the owner of the phone line when you enter your pin wrongly.

The blocked line at this point can still be unblocked and this is where the PUK code comes in. Once you enter the PUK code, your PIN code will be reset. You can then create a ne PIN code.

To get your PUK code, if your phone is using a SIM Card, Check the SIM card Pack and you will see your PUK code there. But if you don't have a SIM card pack, you can get the PUK code from your service provider.

Call the customer care line of your service provider using another phone, request for your PUK code and it will be given to you. Note that your service provider will ask you some few questions about your line in order to be sure you are the real owner.

Note that your service provider alone is the only one that can give you your PUK code because it's only your service provider that has it.

PIN2 code blocked i need to enter PUK2 code but i dont know the PUK code.
To unlock your phone, call your cellular service provider's Customer Service and request Tech Support assistance. (Tech Support is free.)

Tech support will ask the make and model number of your phone so have that information handy. It can usually be found under the battery.

Tech Support will then verify that you are the owner of the phone. After doing so, they will give you a master unlock code, (or a PUC code) which you'll enter on your phone's keypad.

This will unlock the phone where you can enter a new PIN. (Don't forget your new PIN)

We cannot provide master unlock codes on FixYa as we cannot verify the ownership of phones. You'll have to call your cellular company.

The PUK code is asked when you key in the PIN code wrongly for 3 times.
don't worry.call the network providers customer care from a phone using the same network provider and give informations they ask (eg-name ,your number,last recharged amount etc)
If they are satisfied with your informations they will provide the PUK code.
key in this code and the phone will ask to enter new PIN code.
