replacing the bobbin carrier has upset the needle/hook timing
readjust or take it to a machine shop to have it adjusted

Any moving psrt. Light oil. Keep clean.

Turn balance wheel slowly until needle has risen about 3/16" from lowest point. Move hook back until immediately behind needle and just above needle eye
