Most likely bad convergence chips--set uses two of the stk-392-120 chips and in this case one is shorted--only way to prove it is unsolder all 18 pins on each chip and see if set powers on and stays on---will look bad but you will know one of the chips is your trouble.

Where do you put the wood chips, and do you pre-soak the chips?

yes you pre-soak wood chips. use a nice bed of charcoal to get the fire going when coals get to smoldering in the very bottom try you start adding wood chips. Smoking is an art. you need patience lots of it. its called cold smoking. Do not put the chips in dripping of water, shake off excess water and put them directly on the coals. evry so often add a few dry chip, but only if you think your losing to much heat. I have smoked deer meat and fish and beef for that matter for as long as seven days. Just be sure to kep water in the second pan.

My motherboard pc chips m925g v9.1b have a trouble

The best thing to do is strip down your motherboard down to just the cpu. Power it up and see if it will power up okay. Then start adding things back on, starting with your memory. If you have more than one memory stick, put one in at a time. You will keep doing this until you find the part that stops the system from booting. That will tell you what part is not working.

Dimension 2400 is at 1.5MG - will not go to 2.0MG per manual!

yeah thats a normal issue with the dimension 2400 as the older bios only supports a max of 1gb of memory you will need to go to the dell website which ive linked below and get the bios update which will give you support up to 2gb-pc3200 ddr memory

Toner cartridge

As well as adding toner, there is a chip that must be replaced (with the cartridge bottom up, the chip is towards the right side and held in place with two small screws). The chip can be purchased separately but is included with refilling kits that are overall less expensive than buying the parts individually.

Wont recognize additional ram

It could be the wrong ram that u are using when i put extra ram in I make sure they are all the same brand. some boards take 2 different types of ram (speeds) i would go back to crucial with your good ram in and then do a check and see what ram your board needs
