Its using color catrige for black print.. Go to printer properties, effects, select print in black color only apply it.. then try...Depend up on OS printer properties will change..find it..
It seems this is a problem of ink..... Try to get a new cartrage................ If that is ok then check the driver whether it is install or not.............
If that dont work let me know ill give you detailed instruction .........
Did you used that catriges before and refilled them now? IF you done that, somethimes ends of catriges(their holes) can be stucked with jonized colour and they can close the path of your catridge ink to your paper. You need to do regular cleaning, take a bit of alcohol, make it be about 20% alcohol 80% water, put on a little peace of rubber, clean your catridge "lenses" and try again on your Printer.
If this is not working then concider that your catriges maybe are out of ink.
it is possible that the head of the printer is dirty or the head is damaged, are you using unversal catriged or the orginal if you using refills it is possible that you printer head has been damaged
“Lexmark does not support the refilling of its ink cartridges. Refilling the ink cartridges can cause them to leak, thus clogging or even damaging the print head. Any damage to your printer caused by refilled ink cartridges may not be covered under warranty”. Please use genuine Lexmark cartridges for best results.
yes your printer can print in black if you don't have black ink in the catrige but don't remove the catrige in the printer but it we print in deep arsh not as black.
I had refilled the catrige, then when I start to print a 'service
error' window will appear. At the LCD screed shows E.. 4 ..2. I believe
the printer simply assume the catridge is depleted, but how can it
happened as I already just refilled it. How to make printer detected
the catridge as a full? I really hope you can solve and make my
refilling mission succesful and my printer work again.
u refill the catrige? if u do this the printer don't work because the catrige has abloody chip that count the ink, and when the ink finish the chip blocks or burns. so try whita brand new catrige.
