on a working PC download and install this program

this will detect all the wireless signals being broadcast - see if the router is actually broadcasting - if it is detected on your PC then it may be that 1) the firewall is blocking access or 2) the security code is entered wrong - -log into the router and remove the wireless security and see if you can now detect

you should be able to loginto the router and setup the wireless -
if you are not able to login - you may need to do a factory reset and then login using the default settings and reset up
a useful tool for detecting wireless networks is this

you can use this on the PC to see if the wireless is broadcasting, if you can detect it on the PC

1. Update any drivers or software for the D-Link router.
2. Update the firmware of the router (see page 38 of the user manual for instructions to do this). -- you can download the manual at http://www.dlink.com/products/?tab=3&pid=WBR-1310&rev=WBR-1310 if you dont have it.
Fix your router again. If the wifi is fine, you just have to let the nintendo search for the wireless network and connect to it. You don't have to do anything on the router to let your nintendo to connect.
