SURVEY ON DEALER SATISFACTION IN GOA WITH RESPECT TO CUSTOMER VALUE & SATISFACTION

Ford just came out (in April 2014) with an extended warranty for headlights that don't work on the 1999-2011 Mercury Grand Marquis. It is a 15 year/250,000 mile warranty and it is called Customer Satisfaction # 14N01. Ford will replace the LCM (Lighting Control Module) for free. Call your Ford dealer to get an appointment (this is only if your headlights don't work) and have your vin # ready. It is called the "Ford Customer Satisfaction Program # 14N01". Or call your local ford Dealer. If they act like they don't know what you are talking about ask to talk to the manager or tell them to call Ford. We just had ours done on August 12, 2014 in AZ.

How are you connecting to the internet?

This can have an effect on the speed. A wired connection is not subsceptable to any interference and wont slow down from it.
A wireless connection can be slow because of the router, other things that broadcast radio signals, other things that broadcast non radio signals (like flourescent lights.)
How are you testing the speed? Unless you go to a website that has a speed test program or you are running a speed test application, there is no way to know for certain that your speed is what you believe it is. Your speed can also change due to the amount of people on the internet and other things like equipment failure outside your house.

that is jsut the vaio satisfaction survey. you can disable it from popping up from the startup items

1. go to start menu
2. click run
3. type msconfig
4. go to startup tab
5. on the list, uncheck vaio survey, or anything that has survey on it
6. click apply then ok\
7. restart the computer
