I have a Whirlpool ZUltimate Care II Washer, Model 3XLSQ7533JQ2. Washer keeps filling in the medium and the super wash level and will not go into the agitation cycle. Works on small load level only.

Hello,

SInce the washer works ok on the small load size yet overflows on all others the problem is going to be with the water level switch and it should be replaced to remedy that problem.

The part number for that water level switch is W10339229 it could be purchased at your local appliance parts store or online at

Need new pressureswitch or the pressure switch tube is not connected to tub or pressure switch itself!!! where it connects to tub at airdome might be plugged with dirt,soap ect!!!

My Whirlpool Ultimate Care II Washer doesn't stop filling with water

If this only happens when the machine is turned on,the tube from the tub to the water level switch is pinched or broken. If the clear plastic tube is not pinched or broken,the water level switch in the control console is bad. If the machine lets water through when it is in the OFF position,the water valve where the hoses connect are bad.

The washer does not stop filling with water at the chosen water level, small, medium, full etc

your water level pressure switch located inside the control panel is defective,there is wires and a plastic hose to this component,replace it and it will again fill correctly

Whirlpool ultimate care II stops after filling

Hi, could be faulty timer, faulty water level switch, faulty start capacitor for motor, or faulty motor. always put clothes in machine before starting. you can empty machine by lowering drain hose to flow level.

Washer will not fill all the way. Even when set on super it only fills to small load setting.

hi i can help you. to reset the fill level you have to move the dial all the way to reset, or as high as it will go and then back to what u want.
