Someone who i know and has harassed me physically in the past got on my facebook illegially and left a horrible message calling me names. ive got the message. She has been violent in the past and I want it stopped!

If i were you i would talk to the person who's being stalked and be nice to him or her :)

If on an iPhone, go to your recent calls list, if you can see the number of the Harassing caller then simply click the (i) button next to the number and then scroll down through the options and the 7th listed should be "block this caller"

Unfortunately, there is not much you can do. It is not illegal for someone to use a picture of someone else unless this breaks a copyright law. You may have a couple of options you can try to resolve this issue,

If this person is harassing you, you can block them by visiting their profile page and looking toward the left side of the screen. There will be a block option.

You could also contact Facebook Support and see if there is anything they can do for you.

There are 2 main reasons:

1) Disabled for violating Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities

by Facebook. Possible reasons include, but are not restricted to:

• Continued prohibited behavior after receiving a warning or multiple warnings from Facebook
• Unsolicited contact with others for the purpose of harassment, advertising, promoting, dating, or other inappropriate conduct
• Use of a fake name
• Impersonation of a person or entity, or other misrepresentation of identity
• Posted content that violates Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (this includes any obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit photos, as well as any photos that depict graphic violence. We also remove content, photo or written, that threatens, intimidates, harasses, or brings unwanted attention or embarrassment to an individual or group of people)
• Creating or uploading content that is pornographic, sexually suggestive, or contains nudity
• Contacting other people with sexually explicit language
• Sending friend requests or messages to people you don't know personally
• Creating a fake account that does not reflect your real identity

- You can add him on your friend list then report him using the "Report/Block this Person" link that appears at the bottom of their profile. And then remove this user from your Friend List and block.

- You can ask your friends who has this person on their friend list to report him.
