Sound has gone off in game

Hi there, the sound in the cooking game in the Ratatouille game has gone off. It was working yesterday and the game is only new, but one of our 3 year olds got hold of it and has somehow stopped the sound during the game. When the game loads, and main menu etc, sound is fine, but just during the cooking game, there is no sound.

Was there sound in the cooking part before? If there was, you probably need to take it back to the store you got it at and tell them what has gone wrong.

I am having speaker problems.

Hi, the speakers won't make a difference. if your sound drivers are gone you need to know what sound card you have or what integrated sound card you have. You will also need to know what operating system you are utilizing. What you can do is go to start, settings control panel, system, click on the hardware tab, click device manager, scroll down to where you see something with sound listed. Right click on that, and click "scan for hardware changes" It should find drivers for your sound card if not list the model of your computer and I'll do some research =) Good luck!
