When i insert any sim card in my nokia 5230 it doesn't power on & when i remove sim from it, it works fine in offline mode & also having charging problem when i connect charger to mobile it...

it seems to be a hardware problem.give it to a authorised techinician. but before that we will have a try.try reinstalling your phones firmware using nokia software updater.it may solve your problem.else do wht i sais initially.

I think you are using the handset without sim if it is so try inserting a SIM Card and while trying to switch on phone it will opt you whether u want to continue with offline mode or not.......simply click on no and your handset will be out of offline mode

But if you have inserted the sim card and its still showing offline try going to profiles and select General mode from there....if it is changed then its superb and if not then visit your nearest service center to get the software updated for your device
