Mine are stored online, but yours are only there if you've taken the time (about 3 minutes) to sign up for a service. Have you? If not, I can recommend a couple.

I use ElephantDrive and it is great, but I have also heard good things about Mozy.

Does the clickfree store my Microsoft Office Word 2007 software?

Hello There,

Clickfree store is generally used to store/backup the documents which include office word 2007 documents as well that means you can restore your word documents from clickfree store if computer crash/hacked/stolen etc.

You don't need to store office word 2007 software because you must have already a disk or link to install office 2007.

Hard drive crashed, boot disk lost, help! How do I get my computer to working again??? Thanks!

Sorry about the nasty experience with your hard drive. I am only worried about your data getting lost. Is it safe? Perhaps, next time you backup online if you haven't. You can always replace the hd but not data. painful! Regarding your computer, I thinks try the tech. experts around you. Also, start backing up your stuff online. i use www.safecopybackup.com. They have 3GB free trial if u like. There are more online backups here if u like pick what suits your demands; www.backuplineup.com. Good luck.

I have backup data from Norton 360. My computer

1. You can use a friend computer and USB hard drive and download the backup data from Norton 360 site.
Depending on the capacity of the driver you can possibly download all you have stored on the site.

Don't know how to use product, no directions

It should plug in as a Windows Storage device. This will appear as another drive on the computer.
Copy the file across the "new" drive.
Then ask windows to stop using the drive  by clicking on the USB device icon and selecting stop storage device.
Then you can disconnect it safely.
