Question about Nokia E51 Smartphone

Open Question

Nokia e51 keeps turning off. Could it be a circuit connection problem or something to do with the power button itself?. I've tried removing the sim and battery and cleaned/checked for any dirt etc but it still doesn't power up. It sometimes works on the 5th or 6th try, but will still power down randomly but consistently. Would appreciate any advice or where I could possibly go to get it seen to by a technician.

SOURCE: My nokia e51 only plays one song

Have create a track list containing all the songs? If you haven't done so, create a new tracklist in Tracks,

  1. Select New Track list
  2. Select memory location to save the List
  3. Name the Track List
  4. Then select the songs like like put in the list by Marking each song
If you want to add new songs in the list, you can edit the Track List and repeat pint 4 above.
Then you play the songs in the List randomly, etc.

Check the battery if it is in good condition...there might be a bad capacitor near the battery terminal/power supply circuit. check also the LCD connection.

My nokia c7 keeps taking pictures itself and i can't stop it. Turning it off and restarting makes no difference.

It looks like your 'take picture' knob or sensor underneath has got short-circuited. Try carefully remove back cover, release the camera button and air push everything out

My Nokia E63 is not turning on, I've changed the battery, charged it with a desktop charger, on other phones it will on but on my e63, I won't just turn on. what am I to do.

PHONE IS DEAD WON'T COME ON
If the mobile phone does not switch on, it is called a dead mobile.
It can be due to many reasons
1. Water damage
2. Fall down
3. Not used for a long time ( Mostly battery is down)

(1) Check the Battery. It should show 3.7 volts or as written on the battery.

(2) Check the Battery Connector
Check two things (a) Voltage coming or not (b) shorting
Note : If there is shorting then clean the circuit in ultrasonic cleaner (Remove display, camera, etc before putting it in ultrasonic cleaner )
Clean the circuit with a soft brush and make it dry with a hair dryer or ****er.
If the shorting doesn't go it may be due to shorting in an ic,capacitor or circuit. if shorting is in ic u can check it by attaching a battery then press the on-off switch keep the battery for 10-15 seconds. after that remove the battery and check which ic becomes hot. Reball or replace that ic. If shorting is in circuit it must be removed by ultrasonic cleaner
Note - The circuit is made of three layers. if there is shorting in the middle layer it cannot be removed
(3) Check the On/Off switch & voltage at on-off switch
Note - Connect a charger. If charging is shown on display then the problem is with the on/off switch or software problem

(4) Try flashing the mobile.

(5) If flashing cannot be done then there is hardware fault we first dry solder the Flash IC & RAM IC and check in the Software. if flashing cannot be done then we dry solder/reball/replace flash ic & RAM ic.After that dry solder/reball/replace Power IC, Network IC, Crystal, CPU :D:D

Am un e51 care se restarteaza ce este de facut

Do a master reset:
CAUTION: A "master reset" changes the phone settings back to default. This process will erase all contacts, downloaded settings, and downloaded applications (ringtones, wallpapers, graphics, etc). This process cannot be undone. So please backup all data in phone memory to memory card first.
Enter *#7370# from standby screen, and the standard phone code for nokia phone is 12345. Or hold *+3+call button (green button), and turn on your phone. Keep holding until the NOKIA word is appear

I been using Nokia E51 and my switch on/off button is all dead because of pressing it too hard all the time, It's completely no button. Is there any other ways to Switch on the phone.?? My phone is all...

If the black rubber cover of the button is blocking you to the small switch inside, you have to remove the rubber first until you can see the small on/off switch inside the hole. Make a small block (approximately 3mm x 3mm x 8mm) out of a pencil eraser (or hard rubber). Place and fit the rubber inside the hole so that part of the rubber touch the switch. Now you can turn the phone by pressing the rubber.
