I haven't found the instruction manual available as a free download online. However, there are several places to buy a copy. Sears Parts Direct has a printed copy for sale for $4.49 here: http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-model/Sharp-Parts/Microwave-Parts/Model-R303CW/0958/0123245/50022360/00001?blt=06&prst=&shdMod= . The current part number is IB-R303CK. Searching for the part number gave several other sites with the manual available.

The Sharp R-308K is a very similar microwave and that manual is available as a free download. See http://www.managemylife.com/mmh/owner_manuals/7167/SHARP-Countertop-Microwave-L0906397?brand_name_search=Sharp+microwave .

SHARP MODEL R895(SL)M TURNTABLE NOT TURNING
Check turn table motor operating voltage on the motor if the voltage is normal then check motor pulley(crack or broken) ,if o.k replace motor with the same type,if the voltage is missing go to the control panel and find out any wiring problem,if everything o.k replace control panel.
