To reset this set to its factory settings:
Press when in a Menu, to reset the settings to the factory defaults. Also user to clear Labels, Channels or Favourite Channels.

To reset the TV fully to its Factory Defaults:

Turn ON the TV while Holding Down the "RESET" button on the remote control, Press the POWER button on the TV. The TV will turn itself OFF, then back ON again. Release the RESET button. OK.

you can try these steps if this doesn't work I suggest replacing IC8002 on the power supply
Low HV Shutdown:
On the D Board.
Check IC8004/pin 7 should be 7.4v.
Check IC8006/pin 2 should be 2.5v if lower will trigger shutdown by causing pin 1 to turn on.
Check IC8006/pin 3 reference voltage 2.2v.
IC8006/pin 1 normally at 0v. If high turns D5007 ON which turns the latch circuit Q6532,
Q6530, and Q6527 ON and turns the AC relay RY6501 OFF.

NOTE: 6 blinks also can be Low B+ protection.

Unregulated 7.5 v from the power supply to 5v reg IC504 on the A Board. 5v to M Board Q2314
to CPU IC2300/pin 43. If 5v missing set will shutdown with 6 blinks

If you have replaced Lamp and you still have no picture or Lamp is not Lighting then its the Ballast Board Call Encompass Parts 1-800-638-3328 Make sure your Fans are running this too will cause set not to come on.

Sony KDF55WF655 TV ready green light blinks 30 times

Could be a bad lamp again. If this TV uses the XL2200 lamp, they are known for this intermittent behavior. If its not the lamp, a tech can access the self-diagnosis screen to see what's causing this failure.
