I need a solfware to install this camera to my computer

plug in your camera and under computer go to 'open files under the USB port you have your camera plugged into.

click on a media file and select open with and choose VLC as yoru default player. This should enable you to view your files etc. Remember also, you do need to install the solfware for your cannon (It should have come in a cd or dvd along with yyur camera. If not. Let me know the model of yiour camera and I will try to find you the driver you need so your files will open automatically.\

for all concord eye q duo 2000 problems. for win xp go to the concord website manuals and drivers are their. for win vista plug in camera goto start > right click computer > proterties > device manger under imaging devices you should see the camera. right click on the camera and click on update driver, went asked use the internet for update after update you will have a new camera name (coach digital camera, and coach video camera). you will still have to use the solfware that came with the camera. arcsolf photo impression 2000 and arcsolf video impression 1.6 save your pictures to a folder and reopen them with other solfware programs for editing.
