Depending on the model, you could try pressing and holding the clear/off button for about three seconds. if you need an owners manual, you can try http://www.frigidaire.com/ .

I doubt if they still make that model, but the repair parts should be able to be found and ordered. If you can find the equipment id tag on the unit and write down the model number from it, then you can search for the parts.
Most likely you have either switch problems or the heating element and now the broiler element problems.
These appliances are apparently made by a company based in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and the model number info you've given is actually part of an address in French ("7 Rue" = 7th street).
The URL below shows their supported model numbers and "features", which tell you how to use their ovens - they currently list 11 models - you'll recognize yours by the 11 photos on their web site.
So you have moved to a new house. I am assumeing that the Oven worked fine at the old house. I am also assumeing that you have plugged the Oven into your new house and that is when you noticed that it was not working.
If this is the case then the problem may be that the Breaker in the Electrical Sevice Panel of the new house is off. You need to reset the breaker and the Oven should then work.
ISOLATE THE MAINS POWER BEFORE CHECKING THE APPLIANCE
Run your fingers along the grill element, in this model it is accessible, check for raised areas or small hole or roughness not food burnt, if visible, it should be Black Grey colour at the blemish, you can obtain parts from www.whitegoods.co.uk you will need the model and serial numbers.
The grill elements come out but when unsrewed sometimes the ceramic holders crack, remove element before ordering as you may have to replace the element holders.
Hope this has been helpful

If this stove has knobs, Make sure the clock keeps time. If it doesn't you will have to manually turn this off. (DON"T FORGET OR LEAVE WHILE CLEANING) Make sure there are no large puddles of oil or grease on the bottom of the oven.If the oven is really dirty it may stink a little. Nothing but the racks can be in the oven.Press the lock button and slide the lock lever to lock the door. Set the stop time for 3 hours and turn the knob by the clock to auto. Turn the oven knob to clean. (MAY have to push to turn all the way to clean) It should start heating up. Let it finish and then cool down. It will not let you unlock or open the door until it is completely cool. Wipe out any remaining ash with a wet rag. ALL CLEAN!
